    基于上级指导产品的汾渭平原臭氧环境气象评估

    Meteorological assessment of ozone environment in Fenwei Plain based on superior guidance products

    • 摘要: 基于国家气象中心下发的O3气象条件评估指数和污染来源解析产品,结合地面气象观测数据和污染物监测数据,分析了汾渭平原2023年4—10月O3污染特征,验证了O3评估指导产品,并开展了O3综合环境气象条件和O3来源解析研究。结果表明:2023年4—10月汾渭平原O3超标日共计46 d,首次出现时间与2020—2022年相比均较早,所有国控站均发生了O3污染,其中25.5%站点为重度污染,O3浓度月和日变化均呈单峰分布,月均峰值出现在6月,小时浓度峰值16时出现频次最高,谷值07时频次最高。O3气象条件评估指数和来源解析产品很好地呈现了O3浓度变化,且与观测值有较好的相关性,相关系数分别为0.95和0.82。2023年4—10月汾渭平原气象条件较2020年和2021年同期不利于O3浓度下降,分别使其上升了0.8%和2.6%,较2022年和近3 a同期有利于O3浓度下降,分别使其下降了3.6%和0.2%,5—7月气象条件有利于O3生成,8—10月不利于O3生成。4—8月大气本底背景值贡献呈减小趋势,本地排放贡献和外地输送贡献呈增加趋势,之后三者又呈反趋势变化,NOx对汾渭平原O3生成贡献较大,外地输送贡献大于本地贡献,湖北和山东输送对汾渭平原O3浓度贡献最大,分别为25%和23%,表明污染物远距离传输是汾渭平原O3污染的主要原因。不同类型污染过程中O3来源存在差异。

       

      Abstract: Based on the newly developed O3 meteorological condition eval uation index and pollution source apportionment products by the National Meteorological Center,combined with ground meteorological observation data and pollutant monitoring data,the paper analyzed the O3 pollution characteristics,verified the O3 evaluation guidance product,and carried out further research on O3 comprehensive environmental meteorological conditions and O3 source apportionment in Fenwei Plain from April to October 2023.The results show that there are a total of 46 days of O3 exceeding the standard from April to October 2023 in Fenwei Plain,with the first occurrence occurring earlier than from 2020 to 2022.All national control stations experience O3 pollution,of which 25.5% reach severe pollution.The seasonal and daily variation of O3 concentration show a unimodal distribution,with the monthly peak appearing in June,the highest frequency of hourly concentration peak occurring at 16:00,and the highest valley value at 07:00.The O3 meteorological condition evaluation index and source apportionment products show good changes in O3 concentration and have a good correlation with observed values,with correlation coefficients of 0.95 and 0.82,respectively.From April to October 2023,the meteorological conditions in Fenwei Plain are unfavorable for the decrease of O3 concentration compared to the same period in 2020 and 2021,with an increase of 0.8% and 2.6% respectively.Compared to the same period in 2022 and the past three years,it is favorable for the decrease of O3 concentration,with a decrease of 3.6% and 0.2% respectively.From May to July,the meteorological conditions are favorable for O3 generation month on month,and from August to October,they are unfavorable for O3 generation.From April to August,the contribution of atmospheric background values show a decreasing trend,while the contribution of local emissions and external transport show an increasing trend.Afterwards,the three show a reverse trend.NOx contribute significantly to the generation of O3 in Fenwei Plain,with external transport contributing more than local transport.Hubei and Shandong transport contribute the most to the O3 concentration in Fenwei Plain,with 25% and 23% respectively,indicating that long-distance transport of pollutants is an important reason for O3 pollution in Fenwei Plain.There are differences in the sources of O3 in different types of processes.
